The biggest surprise on this album was the presence of Michael Vescera on vocals, a famous American singer and former member of Yngwie Malmsteen, Loudness, Obsession and MVP. It was distributed via newsstands all over the country. In 2000, DR SIN released another album (DR SIN II) in a very unusual way (DR SIN II) in Brazil. One was Jonnathan Mover (former drummer of Joe Satriani, Alice Cooper, Saigon Kick and Einstein) on the song “Insomnia”, and Silvio Luiz, one of Brazil’s most famous sports commentators on the song “Football, Women and Rock’n ‘Roll “, which would become one of the band’s biggest hits. The album (INSINITY) featured some very special guests. The LIVE ALBUM was part of an Yngwie Malmsteen box-set. Their second album (BRUTAL) was released in Japan under the name (SILENT SCREAM), followed by the album (INSINITY) and the live album (LIVE IN BRAZIL). In 1993, they took their chances in the USA, and after a few concerts there they were signed to Warner International with their first album (DR SIN) being released in nine countries. Their first presentation in Brazilian mainstream media was at the Hollywood Rock Festival in 1993, sharing the stage with Nirvana and L7. Often hailed as best musicians and best band by Brazilian musician magazines, it is almost impossible to read a music magazine in Brazil without seeing interviews or advertisements from DR SIN.
